What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All bookings cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be not charged. Cancellations within the 24 hours are non-refundable.

Where do I meet the driver at the Airport on my arrival?

After claiming your luggage and clearing customs you will enter the Arrivals Hall where you will meet the Driver / Dispatcher with a welcoming sign.

What happens if my departing flight is delayed?

Nothing, you are still advised to leave at your scheduled hotel pickup time. Last minute changes are subject to availability due to high traveler’s demand and cannot be guaranteed.

Do children and infants also count as passengers on the transfers?

Yes, all children and infants are counted as passengers on our transfers. (We charge per seat)

Can we make any additional stops along the way to our destination?

Yes, if this is requested in advance, we can add it to your reservation for an additional fee/cost. If this is requested upon arrival availability is not guaranteed.

What happens if my flight is delayed upon arrival?

We monitor and track all arrival flights upon arrival, so if your flight is delay, we will adjust the time and be at the Airport for your actual arrival time.

Where do I meet my driver for my departure?

The driver will meet you right in front of your location. The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.

Do you offer child seat seats and/or booster seats?

Yes, we offer complimentary infant, child, and booster seats if requested.

Can I request for a specific driver for my transfers?

Yes, we will add the request to your reservation and will do our best to fulfill this request however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Do you offer On Island Transportations after 12:00AM?

Yes, we do offer transportations after 12:00AM. Transportations after 12:00AM will be subject to a late-night fee charge.
