What is your cancellation and refund policy?

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within the 24 hours are non-refundable.

What is the minimum age to drive an ATV or UTV?

By Aruban law, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to drive an ATV or a UTV. If you are under 18 you cannot drive, you can only be a passenger.

Do you offer pick up from the Cruise Terminal?

Yes, we also offer free shuttle from the Cruise Terminal.

What is the weight limit for the ATV?

The weight limit for the Single and Double ATV is 500 pounds.

Is pick up and drop off from my hotel / Airbnb included in the tour?

Yes, we offer free shuttle pick up from most hotels and Airbnbs in Aruba. You can contact us prior to booking to verify if you location is within our pick up zone.

What happens if my location is outside the free shuttle pick up zone?

If your location is outside of our pick up zone you will be asked to meet us at a nearby location that is within our pick up zone or if you have a rental, you can drive to our office. We offer free parking.

What happens if my cruise ship docks late because of bad weather?

If your ship arrives late because of a bad weather your tour will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

What is the weight limit for the UTV?

The weight limit for the UTV is 900 pounds.

Do you offer pick up from Airbnbs?

Yes, we offer free shuttle pick up from most Airbnbs in Aruba. You can contact us prior to booking to verify if you location is within our pick up zone.

** Areas that are not included: San Nicolas, Savaneta, Santa Cruz, Paradera.

Is the tour cancelled if it’s raining?

If there is thunder and lightning the tour will be automatically cancelled but the tour will operate normally in the rain.

Do you offer tours on Sundays?

No, we are closed on Sundays and do not offer any type of tours.
